1Connect to RSTickets Analytics demo administrator site.

Note: RSTickets Analytics is a back-end component. It does not have a front end UI.
2Select from the menu: Components RSTickets Analytics in order to go to the component's admin page.
3Select the range of the "Assigned Analytics" report - Select the start and end dates. In this demo, the tickets start at Mar,1 2009, So it is recommended to set the start date to 2009-03-01, and leave the end date as is.
4Assigned tickets analytics is based on Panorama's powerful pivot table. Although the pivot table is relatively simple and straight forward, you may want to look at this tutorial in order to make the most of it.
